@CtrlAltDltYou is isn't true. Both forms work well for depression/anxiety. Niacin also works well for lowering cholesterol. And of course Abram Hoffer was using it to cure (put into remission) schizophrenia. . .The best thing you can do is Google both & teach yourself the differences.

Beyond that, look into Selenium and Magnesium as deficiencies that also have an impact on Depression. Likewise, Chromium.
