it doesn't matter if you multiply it with 100% or not cause percent means nothing than /100

so it's like x100/100 = x1 that means 100% slower is the same speed.

Saying 200% faster is double the speed, so 200% slower is half the speed.

400% slower the half of the half (so one quarter) and so on.

You said 800% slower means is 8 times slower (1/800=0,125. 1 minute/0,00125 = 800 minutes or 13,33.. hours) that means this guy is using around 1 second.

13x60+27= 780+27=807 this /800 = ~1

13x60=780 plus the 27 seconds = 807 this /8 (remember 800% means 800/100 = 8) =~100 seconds

Just to clear things up:

It's not 800 times slower, but 8 times.

This means you have to divide by 8 (not 800).

100% slower is the same speed (cause what is "1 time slower"? :D).

My mistake was that I didn't divide by 100 (even though I did it in the example's... blame me, lol).

200% slower is 2 times slower (200% = 200/100 = 2), that means the half of the regular speed.
