I think Fawkes was a female before it was mutated. If you check Fawkes' cell ID and then look at the testing area director's logs, that ID is listed as one of the female specimens.

fawkes is friggin GOD! when hes in your party, and if you're a high level, his minigun takes away about 3 bars with one shot and its rapid fire. he has so much health, that he can survive about SEVEN headshots with the .44 magnum that does around 5000 damage no matter what. (you can only get that version of .44 through the console, its code is 50f92, ammo is 2937e)

i fired 7 rounds of the mirv into him, he survived

used all my alien blaster on him, he survived.

used all of "vengeance" on him, my computer overheated before he died (core i7).

why use any other follower exactly?

omg, I used a chinese assault rifle through this whole area and owned the hell out of all those mutants, but about double the amount of gameplay later, I tried to see how much ammo it would take to kill fawkes, it took 3, but I didn't realize that I never reloaded the save before I killed fawkes, and I already was so far in progress to go back and take back fawkes' death, and I also lost the save before I some time after I killed him, so I never got him back...but I don't really need him anymore

Question: I'm playing a bad karma story line and I want Fawkes as a companion, I obviously can't get him with bad karma but I can easily become good just by doing the purified water trick. After I do the mission with the Enclave and you find fawkes outside. If I still have bad karma will he go to Underworld and wait or does he only go there if fired.
