1) he must be born in the USA.
2) he must be born of two American parents.
Both conditions are required!

2) is IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET, as Obama's father was NEVER an American!

To be the President of the USA, the Constitution of the USA indicates that he must be "a natural born citizen". To be a natural born citizen, he MUST meet 2 conditions:
1) he must be born in the USA.
2) he must be born of two American parents.
Both conditions are required!

When I was in the military, there was no way that even Billy-Boy Klinton would have been able to get even the most minimal security clearance. The fact that he was elected and then was allowed access to documents that he normally would not have been able to access is ridiculous. Bama-Boy is even worse. At least with Billy-Boy, no one questioned whether he was legally a *natural-born* citizen.
