  • great recipe and a lovely beautiful lady! but i have one question, do you only use the frozen beeries with water and sugar for the "beerie topping"? :)

  • @BeatBay Thank you for the compliment! I hope you subscribed to my Made Fit TV channel... I have many more vids on that one. I don't update this one anymore.

    You can use any type of berries - fresh frozen. I just like to keep the recipes simple for people so they don't complain that it's expensive or time consuming to eat yummy and healthy, lol!

  • @BridesMadeFit hell yeah, i sucribed directly and i am looking forward to the new videos! :) bu understood me wrong (because of my bad english), i dont get it how you made the "beery-sauce"! :) is it just cooked water and than you but the beeries in the pan, and thas it . i thought it would be very "liquid" without jelly or other unhealthy things :)

  • @BeatBay Sorry about that! Yep, just like I did in the video, just put the berries in there and maybe add a tad water and some sugar or sugar substitute and you're all set! : )
