  • yes you can do anything. I'm 17 and really want one - im interested in robotics for Uni though. I had the old Lego Minstorms Robotic invention System (the old one) but you couldn't do as much - you can't program it as well

  • start by learning a programming language like "C programming". There are a heap of tutorials online. its good for teaching you the basics of programming.

    you can try all the programming languages you want and stick to the one that suits your needs, and also a good programmer is not attached to only one programming language.

  • Ultrasonic sensors, but you can use your handy as a camera via Bluethooth

  • ok it has sensors on the hand when it grabs it says to the nxt that theres a object in its hand in turn the nxt sends signals to the hand saying "grab"

  • NO. Its a sensor that goes after a colour. It cant really see it, that's for the ultrasonic sensor.

  • Maybe I am paranoid, but what happens if people start writing computer viruses that infect these things, could we be looking at the possibility of being attacked by swarms of these things all in different shapes, sizes and with different abilities? Did the people at Lego never watch The Terminator, or I Robot?
