  • i am 11 and i have ADD and ADHD, i have a hard time focusing, i get confused fast and this helped my parents when i showed them this THANKS LUV THIS VIDEO

  • What up, I'm 25. I have ADD too.. I'm also a business owner, I started my own business right after I turned 21- dude this entire time has been one, long, Exhausting Struggle! To stay focused & stay organized, always behind on something, always working like 5 times harder just to get the same results as someone without ADD. To be honest with you dude, I leased a warehouse almost 1 year ago- because of my ADD, I fell behind on the lease- I am struggling to barely break even right now, pray for me

  • no top comment?so here is my chance. potato!

  • i too have aspergers, this doesnt apply to some of us, but use aspies get irritated easily lol, so i guess its similar since in need SILENCE GODDAMMIT >_<

  • Hi Thanks for this - a lot of what you described is associated with Asperger's - I have Asperger's and can relate to what you have had to say....perhaps there is a link!?

  • One of my friends was underwieght and suffering from insomnia because of concerta these medicines are synthetic meth in a pill and these dirtbag doctors are making money off a disorder that isnt that wrong i sometimes use a little medical pot if i know i need to do something for a long time or sleep without doing other things but overall my add is pretty well controlled and i usally work well with peers and friends

  • My son Sean died from his ADD medicine Ritalin or Methylphenidate after 10 years of use. He was a 3.85 GPA college student. He began abusing and it got out of control. He would take 32 pills in one day. We sent him to rehab in Houston at Memorial Herman PaRC. They kicked him out after he made it thru 10 days of detox and 12 days of in patient. Sean was not buying in to his addiction so the kicked him out. 7 days later he died. Sean overdosed in the back of his car waiting for the House to open

  • Thanks for sharing this video. But after spending my life trying to naturally focus my attention with exercise, diet, positive attitude.....I still feel I am all over the place. I think there may be a medication out there that doesn't make you totally out of it but also gives you the needed structure to focus. What types of medications have people tried? I think i'm tired of my million interest and want to hone it in some to not seem scattered.

  • I got this vid sent as a message and i have no idea what the hell is add neither adhd...

  • @MenexRs ignorant. don't you know there's a tool called google?

USE IT. It'll prevent you from getting these kinds of response

  • Comment removed

  • I'm also dyslexic so please mind the grammar.

  • I am trying to find a relationship between ADD and IQ and social difficulties that I personally have been having a have time dealing with. People say I have a natural ability to speak but in all honesty I feel like a loner because I feel I think faster than others I socialize with allowing me to draw the conclusion long before they are done talking. This makes me very bored with people as I quickly interrupt them because I no longer care about what they are saying as it was old news.

  • hey man. you should make a sub video man. You said ADD ppl are more down to earth and I feel I could relate more if you explained your ADD type in vivid detail. I personally want to see how ADD has effected you mentally such as does emotional unavailability plague you, what meds have you used and the effects over duration, the process of your diagnosis including some conversations with the doc, How you interact with people that are not your friends.

Just a straight up real video about your ADD.

  • Dude. Way to go on this video. You have truly captured the idea that you don't need meds to study/focus. The casual way in which you mention that you make decent grades and you're friend makes plenty of money instills confidence in those that don't have that experience of getting off meds. Granted, everyone has their method of studying that has ADD, but still, I think your tips helped out a lot. thanks!

  • hey, i diagonised my self with ADD couple of years back. I actually found out about ADD while searching reasons for my uncontrolled emotions and things that used to bother me. But ever since i knew it and i accepted it,I have been fine even though i am still the same person. i dont take medicines but my conditions are improved. i concentrate better at school and .it doesnt bother me if i dont.what am saying is, is there a chance that i might have misdiagonised myself? cause am fine now

  • I have ADD aswell.. I'm on meds, but i wouldn't quit taking them just yet. I get really hungry and tired without my concerta. :P

  • Methamphetamine is FDA approved for the treatment of ADHD and exogenous obesity.

Anyone in their right minds see's that we are in a system of brutal corruption when those in power can use a highly harmful drug as "ADD" medication, causing more harm to the patient then the "ADD" ever would have. When I was young I was put on Dexedrine, and the feeling of depression/lack of life was something that I never want to feel again.

Addicts make good wage slaves, thus why the problem is perpetuated.

  • Be Yourself. There is only one of You in the world. But there are many drug-addicts, meds- addicts or crazy people with the SAME symptoms because of a combination of the two.

  • Back in the day you got smacked on the head to set ya straight. When they couldnt do that anymore, they legalized stimulants such as amfetamines for ''medical use'' (as in partydrug ''speed'') so they can give you a pill to shut your annoying mouth and your scattered presence. You know what stimulants do? Fuck up your bloodpressure and might get you in a psychosis state of mind. Guess what you need then when your an adult? Anti-psychotics on your ass, which gets you tits and makes you fat.

  • Beware that medication will fuck you up on the long term. I'm almost convinced the actual today's society doesn't allow children their own space and time anymore. It's obey or your weird and probably have ADD or whatnot. I've obtained meds via lies, my brother because he was forced to cos of school. He's not taking them and im not and we both feel the happy healthy mind we used to have before puberty. It's mostly a major BUISINESS, people.

  • I didn't get paranoid.

  • U are só right about the silence and sleep. Music makes me also very relaxed and happy.

For a while now i'm on a gluten, spinace, milk products(casseine) and soja dieet wich helps me alot.

Exorphines in those products blocks your endorphine receptors causing your brain to be far less sensitive for dopamines noadrinalines ect. ect. etc.

U (ALL) should absolutely search for this. A lot is to be found on youtube about this neurologic problem.

Good luck and thanks for posting caferacer23

  • you are a brave young man to have broke away from the establishment and found your own way!

  • /watch?v=NheKUW6kGuY&feature=channel_video_title watch this and follow the money, the love of money is the root of evil, watching tv there are many commercials for lawyers saying if you took xyz drug call 1800baddrug you maybe entitled to a settlement!

  • First of all, thank you for sending me the link to your vid :). I got diagnosed with ADD 2 months ago at the age of 25. The reason for that is I am one of the few that does not have ADD bc of genetics. My birth was very difficult and that is also why I got diagnosed so late in life. I take meds though but I dunno if they work or if it is just like placebo. I want to think that I can concentrate better but, yeah I dunno :p thanks for sharing though!

  • @Mofluffy

    What medications are you taking?

It is advisable not to take medication for something like ADD, please watch a video called "making a killing the untold story of psychotropic drugging". It has been found that the industry which prescribes these medications is as fraudulent as they come, creating diagnosis of patients that fit the drugs that they sell, instead of the other way around. I would honestly recommend you seek other methods, these medications are dangerously under-tested.

  • @caferacer23, I have taken ADHD meds for just under a week, and man, it has messed me up so badly, especially when the dosage wears off in 12 hours. While on the meds, I become confused, light-headed, nauseous, and paralyzed to some degree. When the meds wear off, I become more confused, but not paralyzed. Man, my doctor is an idiot.

  • Wow, thanks bro. Gonna start going to places I can focus. (Outside my home)

  • ADHD isn't bad!!!!!! People who believe ADHD Is bad have been brainwashed buy the media!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • caferacer23 Well, I’ll give you my thumbs up but because you came up with something helpful to “you”, as for me I don’t think it’s healthy staying behind 4 walls in my imagination world with no friends. I’d rather try other kinds of techniques’. And meds are doing me really good, it’s good if I can manage to leave them, but if I don’t find a way I’d rather stick with them… regards

  • ALTERNATIVE treatments ARE available!! KINDLE owners, check it out /watch?v=pg_K5C2iaqw

  • @OdomtologyBooks do you believe that these drugs can cause brain damage over time? specifically antidepressants...i was on them for OCD they cant be dangerous because many kids are on them and if they are dangerous can adolescents recover?

  • @dannyboidj1 Well, the biggest problem is that we simply do not KNOW for sure.

Due to Big PHARMA trying to market their products and get them out there so quickly so they can make giant profit, sufficient studies regarding their long term effects are non-existent. I am not here to bash pharmaceuticals or medication, just to present another side of the coin that someone might be interested in looking at. If you are concerned, please take your question to a physician, not youtube :) Namaste

  • @OdomtologyBooks you are absolutely right youtube is not the place to vent but i just have one more question....do you know people who are taking these drugs and are they stable and if not have the recovered once they stopped taking them? thanks

  • @dannyboidj1 Yes, I know people who are taking them and are for the most part stable, and I also know people who quit taking them and are recovered.

  • the thing he said prepare + quickly ignore those distractions. sorta work.

maybe you gotta feel real good about your self and that task, get your self in that ZONE, and quickly ignore any pathetic distractions. Even Sylvester Stallone, Schwarzenegger , Michael Jordan essential tips include feeling good about YOU to achieve. i can't say i have got anything done yet. but im positive i will.

  • No lie, i zoned out from 2:30 to 3:30. I hate having ADD.

  • I was diagnosed at 47 with ADHD. I developed Hyper Focus to help me cope. This can be a problem when I can not break my concentration & need to. I do not multitask as that messes me up. I do one thing at a time. Multitasking is my foe.

I set an alarm on my cell phone to go to bed so I stay on a regular sleep-wake schedule. I take melatonin (natural hormone) at bed time to put me to sleep to stay on sleep schedule. I turn off the TV & music when working. No background noise or movement.

  • @supermike980

When the time is right for letting yiur mind go losse thts the best time for some drawing.

I love to draw. Cartoons mostly.

Sometimes i draw on my homework,

Which i know i shoudlnt do.

  • Thank You.

  • I had anger issues and got meds for it... that just made me even more mad :\

  • I....do not have this but very interesting. Thank you for sharing.

I, however, don't have much of a social life either and I'm actually trying to talk to others more. Not a problem just get a sad feeling at times.

I also am creative too though. And I agree with the first tip, I mean...if you just hate having ADD/ADHD and whenever you think about it, you just feel horrible, it's just stressing you out.

    So exactly..embrace it.

  • Sleep deprivation is the BIGGEST problem in my life.Thanx 4 the vid and Be well.

  • And remember kids,Just bcuz u fall asleep during Twilight

does'nt mean you need drugs,it just means you like MANmade movies.

  • Fuck western medicine. Most western doctors are bogus

except for the types i provided cannibus to in my 20's.

  • Adhd is a sturggle. I hate it.

    I also FASD.

I hate it. But i also try to make the best of

    It.

    Sometimes only sometimes i let

My mind go loose for a bit, think the crazyist things. its great to let your mind loose

    When your mad or depressed.

I can imagin things , ideas , i can see alot. I need no help with creating something creative!

But the problem is i let my mind go wild in the wrong time. Like school......

I cant help it! Its frusterating.

  • @geairmo1 I have the exact same provide, if I have nothing to do or nothing to distract me my mind goes crazy

  • Cool :)

  • I struggled a lot when I was little. My teachers thought I had hearing problems because I kept zoning out. I couldn't stay focused long enough to do my homework but my parents thought I was just being difficult so they made me stay, crying, at the kitchen table for hours, with my homework sitting in front of me. Several people suggested to my parents that I might have ADHD but my mom was terrified of putting her precious baby on medication so I was never diagnosed.

  • I've had a hell of a time with ADHD and Aspergers because when I was 0-6 I was ok because most kids that age are unfocused and hyper but as I got Older I carried on with my hyper attitude and when I was 7-8 I was diagnosed with ADHD and aspergers and from then on I've learnt to do what I can to stop my bursts of energy and I've also possibly gotten Dyslexia but I've not been diagnosed with it so far

  • I don't think ADHD is a real disiese!

  • @crypter27 it is, they're proof doctors have found out people with ADD/ADHD have less activity in the front side of the brain, also I have it myself I hate, its a stuggle with you and your mind and body you can't control what distracts you or not be able to sit still, it sucks trust me

  • @supermike980 Was that before they took the drugs or after?

  • @crypter27 Check out Generation RX!

  • HEMP can probley hep you relax , it's not dangerous. it's natural and it can help with grades for adhd and ADD people's and regular people it's a natural relaxent. im not saying you have too, and if you would like to try it its cool . scientist proved it . you can evan look it up on youtube.

    it cures cancer :)

  • @ThePeopleneedhelp weed makes me more parniod and I found it make my adhd worst cause I'm already random and forgetful so weed just multiplies that

  • @supermike980 how long did you try it for ?

  • @ThePeopleneedhelp "it cures cancer" Umm, no, no it doesn't.

  • @chefscientifico are you shure it doesn't friend ? why dont we type that in here on youtube : cannabanoids cure cancer, hemp cures cancer , an my personal favorites:

Run from the cure and The Emporer wears no clothing. or you can just type in ol' THE OLD planE jane: weeD cures cancer .i you even try searching for it ? you would think people would wan't to know this information!!!!

  • Thanks for emailing me this video. So many people will benefit themselves watching this. Great Tips!

  • I haven't got ADD but I have SPD which is kinda the same issue in terms of focus although Semantic pragmatic disorder is considered autism. I have trouble with talking at the same rate as others and I have no organisation but what you say about turning it into a good thing is very true.

  • well i dont have ADD but i think its great that people dont just give up or use it as an excuse bcuz some will and theyll say "I cant do it" when they actually can they just dont hav the will to..a video like this is pretty inspirational i'll recommend this to other people who hav it

  • You're kinda cute =)

  • thank u so much for making this vid and responding to my comment :) relieved to know that i'm not alone in this ... everything you have mentioned on the video makes total sense.... i love how you've organized it so methodically and so simple :0 ) no more treacherous circles yay :) great idea on management course! please do share if you have some tips regarding that ^_^ CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! i'll be following up on your videos :)))) love & light

  • Great vid bud! Keep up the great work!

  • Great vid man I have ADD and I wrote a report on It for my A-Level Biology (UK qualifications) I wrote it about Ritalin and the way that It affects young peoples brains if you are interested in the whole ADHD thing then you could read it if you liked.

  • Good flick. Great idea, Positive outlook. I subbed your channel.

  • Why did you send me this?

  • my first pill made me lot meaner to people my pill that im taken dones not help at all an

1.true i like to play with legos

    2.i dont have one

3.me to but i have to be clean

4.i have to have music to foces

5.i have to have 10 hours of sleep or i feel like a very pail zombie.

    and im 14

  • I love your voice!

  • I have no idea why you sent me this but it was perfect timing! I dont know if I have ADD/ADHD or not but everything you just explained is something I struggle with daily. Especially sleep. So far I think the best place for me to study is in a completely dark room where the only light there is shines directly at my homework. Therefor my homework is the only thing I can see so it is much easier to focus. I really appreciate you guys doing this I'm subscribing.

  • Ha, thanks for sending me this. I've never been officially diagnosed, despite having all the symptoms and problems associated with innatentive-type ADHD since a very young age. Once I researched it, the NHS just said 'we won't diagnose adults'. Despite never having medication once I started treating my problems with attention, punctuality, focus, finishing anything etc as ADD instead of just feeling like an idiot, things rapidly improved. Now on a music tech degree, average mark is 86%.

  • @sonicwingnut I used to live in the UK but i am glad i am in australia now- the fact that it is not accepted in uk as much and in adults is criminal- they are living in the dark ages Re: ADHD - I had this since childhood but not diagnosed til adult because inattentive is hidden adhd - its just ignorance on NHS part sadly

  • @VeryApe111 that and the teacher's part too. I grew up in the 80s where if you weren't hyperactive they didn't notice. My mother is a special needs teacher and even now when presented with the evidence she realises what all my problems were growing up. She said they just weren't symptoms they were taught to identify at the time, it was all about hyperactivity. All my school reports say "he's really intelligent, but he either stares out the window or interrupts people constantly"

  • @sonicwingnut Teachers really notice kids who frankly make their job harder. What was noticed on diagnosis was the signs were there on my report cards all through school mainly high school. Teachers would observe a problem but they didn't know exactly what it was. " Veryape seems distracted at times" ,"Veryape is doing ok but he isn't running in top gear", "Why wait til the exams to perform?" I was passing but way underachieving and thats what its all about in work and socially.

  • @VeryApe111 That's exactly what my kind of school reports were like, although I did make it hard for my teachers due to being impulsive and basically speaking my mind without thinking. I still have that issue at university haha. The problem was that I was considered intelligent but was underachieving.. sometimes. Other times I'd wipe the floor with a test or essay without even trying and it confused them. So basically I was "Special Needs - Not sure what's wrong with him though".

  • @sonicwingnut Ahh but you have put your finger on the whole problem. It's not intelligence its the practical application of it. A volatility that gives gifted insight and thinking but the same time makes it almost impossible to efficiently convert that into practical achievement. Yeh you will do amazingly at times but not often enough - so productivity wise you get overtaken by those with less ability but more consistency. Ultimately life is about getting stuff done.

  • Sleep is a big problem I agree and the organisation difficulty. Meds work for me and I would be hopeless without them but they are not perfect and are a tool and only help certain areas. Different meds have different effects as well and doctors don't seem to tailor them to different ppl. where I am they just use the same one cause its cheap.

  • @VeryApe111 What med you recomend?

  • @arhabersham Well i think first you have to look at what symptoms are causing problems. I have inattentive adhd but stimulants work for me- Dexamphetamine - it reduces anxiety for me , increased my interest and activity levels and made me far better socially. Also I take my first dose if i can about an hour before i get up. I set alarm for 1 hour before i need to get up and take a dose - then when i need to get up it has kicked in.

  • @VeryApe111 i gues it's good your parents are accepting of this... i've tried taking meds which help tremendously but my parents found and threw them away every time.. so my only choice and hope is to find a natural way... which hasn't been very successful yet ... i keep trying though.... :))

  • Thanks,Dont know how you found me but your an amazing help i take Ritalin at the moment and i keep on forgetting to take them got any tips on remembering ????

  • thxz for video jus wanna add Adderall really helped me at home work especially and of course school with a proper diet and exercise good nights rest the benefits are rewarding ..your tips are great keep them coming everything helps....

  • you cant find setting in malaysia.

  • uh my doctor is going to prescribe me to vyvanse or adderall i hate vyvanse it makes me like shit and i never eat or sleep.

  • My son did great on his medications, he did the worse off them, his abilify side effect was constipation so the doctor okayed a daily stool softner. His clonidine side effect was sleepiness, so that was given just before bed time. My son Bryce also had x rays to his skull when he was 2 months old so what ever the reason is... was... his medications medically necessary. If you need help from organizations and agencies that say they will help you... think again,

  • should i get a takeaway pizza? I'm feeling good lately and i don't want this crap just ruining my system up. I can't make anything to eat interesting. I hate bread too.

  • did someone just say they got diagnose adhd at age 40! This is a new one on me. I am old and got another dressed up diagnose as possible autism spectrum because i said i dont get paintings of art. these company can make 7000% markup.

  • Tus cinco propuestas son geniales, pero no siempre son suficientes. Actualmente la medicación bien ajustada: funciona

  • Fabulous. I was a late diagnoses of ADHD (in my 40's) and I have tried Ritalin for a year. I think it helps as I just aced my first year at Uni, but all of your tips above are SPOT ON! I come home from uni to my work desk, Facebook goes on, and hours are lost, scary. Will try the Uni library and white noise, great idea!! I've been off the Ritalin for the holidays, and sleeping like a baby and I feel great, so will start the study year drug free and see how it goes. Thanks for your post!

  • Great job. You hit the nail right on the head. Thank you for posting this. It's nice to see some one around our age giving advice to others on how to deal with ADD. As far as sleep goes, that's my hardest thing. The thing that helps me is taking a melotonin. It's the only thing that helps me.

  • I do not know why you send me the vid; I have no ADD - but: thank you for this one! I can tell you that you should go to orthomolecular doctors (you won't know what easy help they can offer you), google for Ayurveda+ADD and just take herbs like BRAHMI (and similar others); you take enough Vitamin C, Omega3, B12, B-Komplex +go to a natural health doctor (who should know orthom. medicine). Rholdiola Rosea, Ginseng etc. Medicine is BAD and only helps the Pharma, but destroys bodily-processes

  • I went my doctor and he was very scptical.. he said the percentage of children in the US diagnosed with ADD means they are almost the majority and that makes ADD sufferers the norm.. or words to that effect.. wants to take blood test to see if I have a vitamin issue... in the means time I getting issues in my work.. as I'm a self employed consultant I cant tell my clients about my problem, they will think i'm insane.. I can't not work right?!

  • I've read ADD is not a genetic thing it usually develops in people who has experienced stress at such a young age.The brain doesn't form properly There's a psychiatrist on here who said most of his patients that come in having ADD, all had rough childhoods Whether they experienced abuse, parents got divorced when they were young, parents were drug addicts alcoholics etc myself and 2 of my friends have all experienced this at a young age My friends have it too so that kind of backs up that theory

  • @Rotties9292 your variables are true causes for ADD. But still you can put your whole physical and mental states to a better or "normal" level, just read my other comment and try to give pre-credit to what I say to you; I've seen other ppl be cured with this kind of medicine. Medical clubs and Pharma have socialized us with the belief that Pharma is the answer for - also wrongly categorized-physical/psychological problems. But first lets see what vitamines, minerals, enzyms your body lacks!

  • @Pianda Please google for HPU/KPU or: "Pyrrole Disorder (Pyroluria)". A lot of ppl with ADD have this!!!! And they just need vitamins, minerals and enzyms in HIGH dosis (diff. for each person!). What I found out end off 2011 is: homöopathie! This is REALLY stunning! Just google homöop.+read some texts to several homöop.remedies-you will find HOW holistic a person is captured by this kind of CHEAP medicine;a individually given medicine out of what I mentioned should release EV.BODY from ADD

  • @Pianda But keep in mind: all these tipps - also homöopathy - require to go to a relative doctor : orthomolecular doctor, natural health doctor or/and homöopathic doctor or practitioner...after this new and far leading step you ask yourself again: what are my goals and what is my motivation (increase motivation): with the natural cure-stuff tog. this will bring you FAR (away from ADD)!

  • @Pianda doctors are only intrested in one thing and thats $. i wouldent recomend anyone go to a doctor unless they have to. doctors are just like dentests. sure we need them from time to time and sure they are very helpfull. but the price we have to pay unless we have insurance is INSANE. why?? cuz its all about the money. they dont really care about YOU. they care about buying there corvets and big houses.

  • @trueshadow64 that's exactly my opinion; after caferacer sent me his vid I watched some others: 1 person said the monthly cost for adderal is 400$ - this is absolutely crazy!!! But it's the reason for the fact that doctors mainly focus on Pharma... But I hope you will find different conditions at health doctors/practicioners. Just check my tipps and the go to special docs/pract.ers with determined questions!!!

  • @Pianda ------> ALL: try to abandon Pharma- meds and related doctors, the health question is to be conceived totaly different from established medicine paradigms!!!! Be it stomach, heart, blood pressure, head ache or ADD!

  • @Pianda 400$?? the street price for those pills is much cheaper. i can buy 30 for 120$ on the streets.

  • @Pianda are medicare in Australia every citizan free if your low income these are only a few buck then 400$. if your paying 400 usa dollars ask you dr for a pathology result to show your imbalance. Ask him does this fix the problem or just hijack your system. every emotion word you say is a a symptom of for a make believe disease. these company's makes like 2000-7000% markup per tablet. How can any heath sytem not collapse.

  • @CliveGains80s as I said, I do not have ADD, just became the Vid sent by caferacer and know s.th. about ADD! In a vid there was said, monthly cost is 400&, but even 120& is TOO much. For this money you can get enough vitamines (please let's check vitam.+minerals) and others - like Ayurvedic herbs, Rhodiola and homöopathy! You can really be cured, believe me that you have a GOOD CHANCE to compensate Pharma meds by more natural+curing stuff - use/search for wholistic approaches, leave Pharma

  • @CliveGains80s as I said, I do not have ADD, just became the Vid sent by caferacer and know s.th. about ADD! In a vid there was said, monthly cost is 400%, but even 120$ is TOO much. For this money you can get enough vitamines (please let's check vitam.+minerals) and others - like Ayurvedic herbs, Rhodiola and homöopathy! You can really be cured, believe me that you have a GOOD CHANCE to compensate Pharma meds by more natural+curing stuff - use/search for wholistic approaches, avoid Pharma

  • @Pianda great point. Ive never heard of homopathy..is that to do with toxic build up in cells. Big Parma in gangster days just use to murder there competitors. I just read last night kids with autism by Psychiatry with drugs and only drugs. Anti psychotic with Prozac. Outrages..I PSYCHOTIC CHILD! The general public are so ignorant. I'm sure they went after you when you mention a wholistic approach. Pure fraud. A disease, a chemical imbalance and not one single test is done. Fishy!

  • @CliveGains80s I know an autist, with some unclear schizoid/schizo foundation who responded VERY good to NIACIN (just google for Abram Hoffer) and SAMe AND BRAHMI AND GOTU KOLA AND Ashvagandha AND - the newest hit, that reaches his core: a homopathy-remedy, that betters his brain, his lungs and others fundamentally....it reached THE CORE - so just google +read, but please, also for homopathy, you have to get the suiting rem. from a doctor/pract, bc. you won't find yourself the right stuff!

  • @Pianda autistic is a autoimmune response disrupting basic cognition to a poor innocent child from toxic waste + vaccines loaded with Mercury. In behaviour psychiatry they dont give a shit. they treat you as psychotic and depress. dont by into any of those terms even the schizos or any mental heath goverment propaganda as they wont you dumb downed. . The list you have just sounds like calming and stimulating remedies that just alter the nervous system.

  • @CliveGains80s Meanwhile I have to say that the autist doen't profit from all thee remedies in a way that his cognitive processes lead to "normal" cognition=thought=ideas! But his bodily situation bettered a lot - and also the pschic situation in a sense that he is more relaxed. He is asking (different) questions, what gives a chance that he can realter his cognitive system. But me profited from homopathy in several ways (stomach etc.) - ADD -people definitely also should profit

  • @Pianda you are so right, it would relax the child therefore a positive cognition. good one! spot on "normal" cognition=thought=ideas!" . Can psychics pick up a negative field happening? There's are results too just removing toxic waste suck in body! all this not around in not are grandparents days! there upping the mercury in vaccines all the time by eugenics.what's you views on new model psychiatry. they care nothing of conflict just treated with uranium to shut you up

  • SCHPONGLE------good ADD music

  • i liked Borders until they closed down. silence is a big thing for me. i paint really good with silence or really good instrumental music.

i also stay up late and cannot remember ever feeling refreshed in the morning. mornings are evil.

during college, i could not do any homework until right before it was due. not always good if they are art projects that should take a lot of time.

i'm pretty sure i have ADD, no doubt at all but its all i know. definitely helps artistically!!!!

  • I discovered that I have ADD on my own about 7 years ago I'm going on 43 I never knew what ADD was until this guy I was playing x-box live with mentioned it We were playing GRAW people were accusing me of camping( term used in shooters)I told them I'm the type who has to keep moving or I go nuts and this guy said you probably have ADD.So one day I got bored and decided to look up ADD.While I was reading about it I thought I was reading a story about myself lol I'm not on med change of diet helps

  • @Rotties9292 meds are not good at all. it makes no sense to be on something the rest of your life. Adderall makes people assholes really. i tried it a bunch of times and felt high for 8 hours, it is speed.

  • why send me this vid? i dont have ADD. i actualy just injoy getting high as fuck on pills like adderall. LOL

  • @trueshadow64 best drug i ever tried, well shrooms are fun.........but any manmade drug that messes with brain chemistry is not good. especially if you know the history of these drug companies.

  • @infowazz hell ya adderall will make you high for 8 hours! its a great party drug i think. stay up all night, drink and drink never feel drunk.... talk to everyone at the bar cuz ur so damn high u cant help it.... good times man... hey there are alot of things out there that are not good for you. could be worse.

  • @trueshadow64 the problem is doing it too many times. not good to mess with brain chemicals!

  • @infowazz true. i do it about once a week when i have em. But abuse with anything is bad really....

  • I love ur tips! Cool vid!

  • Thx for sending the video. A vlog like this sure would've helped me when I got diagnosed :P I learned most stuff the hard way.

People, don't use the hard way.. If you're struggling or just got diagnosed with ADHD: save yourself some pain and watch all the vids!

Choose simple tips, then stick to em (<< yep, the hard part)! You'll see simple changes really decrease the chaos. I Subbed, might pick up new stuff!

(Btw: check my playlist⇓down⇓below⇓. The 8 vids on ADHD describe it quite accurately!)

  • This is a vety nice video. Excellent tips. Well done!

  • Nice tips. I was diagnosed with ADD about a year ago and most of my trouble is remembering that things are different for me than everyone I know, so I've been searching out things like this - thanks for posting!

  • @MnrThing just don't feel bad. i doubt you are that different than anybody else. they use that to make you feel bad so you take a prescription. we are hit with so many poisons, it is not our fault to not be perfect robotic worker bees.

  • Just proves there is no adhd or any mental illness.

like a bully, lies. in you genes, environmental, it can only be corrected with speed or mercy pumped in you brain. Scam!

Kids listen to this guy!!! Also my advice:metal detox, avoid vaccine (school makes money injecting you), medication, can foods, senseless CARBS (Bread, has so much.), meat (there fed gmo soy), fried food, high pesticide vegetables (spinach), gmo corn, regular cows milk products, egg + milk powders etc etc.

  • @CliveGains80s good insight on food, you know your stuff. juicing is really good but you don't get the fiber at all.

what if ADD is really a form of evolution as humanity is waking up out of its slumber and this reality is too boring and controlled for us to be truly happy?

  • good tips. thanks for shareing ur vid. mom got me off pills and i take natural stuff and vitamins now. its lots better :)

  • @NerfStrikeLeader glad to hear it. i have to get my sister to get her kid of ritalin. everyone should know by now that stuff is bad. he repeats things like crazy. at least he has me to guide him as he gets older. damn kid is a genius!

  • YOu are making all theese ADHD videos, good. But how come you didnot respond to my comments about the disorder Pyroluria that contributes to ADHD symptoms. I see ppl here talking all sorts of shit but no is willing to discuss one of the possible causes, lack of Vitamin 6 and Zinc and magnessium. And Ritalin has side effects but it can help. I am an Honours Graduate in Architecture and one of the top Uni in the world, so what I say comes from research and experience.

  • on the airplane? .. to focus!

    rich ass mother fucker!

  • Thanks for the vid share- its great to see others who have ADD like me- and how you say embrace it instead of fear it :)

  • Thanks a lot. I look forward to your next tips. The one about sleep is really interesting. I am going to try that. I stay up too late and run out of energy halfway through the day.

  • Is ADD a myth? Great for drug companies!

  • Do you have ADD when you are doing something you like, (video games, sports, online, chilling with friends)? Why do they say you have ADD, is it because you dont pay attention in school, is your mind on other things when you are supposed to be doing a task? something like that?

  • <3 :)

  • There is no such thing as ADD. Get off of corn syrup, caffine, vaccines and alike. Children are -being severely damaged by the big-pharma. Got to Alex Jones's show channel.

  • @glennwih Anyone who says that is one ignorant asshole.

  • @Hollywoodsteve Hey dipshit, there is no such thing as Santa Claus and ADD. In my day, the 1970's, no one took ADD drugs. You are asleep. Wake UP! Big Pharma wants your money. DOn't be a fool. Oh, and fuck you too.

  • @glennwih Just because "big pharma" wants to rip people off does not mean that certain mental conditions don't exist. I have spent many years helping those manage their symptoms with and without meds. So tell me this, if it doesn't exist, why do the meds help those that have been diagnosed and the same meds given to those that don't have it not work on those people? Your comments are VERY unhelpful and VERY dangerous.

  • @Hollywoodsteve Your comments are the ones that are dangerous. There is no such thing as ADD. Get off the tit of Big Pharma. In fact, BIg Pharma has never cured 1 disease in the last 100 years. Stop being in denial that the FDA, Big Pharma and the US government are trying to destroy kids today. Stop ingesting corn syrup which contains Squaline (sp) a mercury preservative.

  • @glennwih Fine, I will continue to help people and you can keep spreading lies and harm. You also didn't answer my question, like I figured you wouldn't. Every person I know who is an expert on psychiatry would disagree with you.

  • @Hollywoodsteve You have failed to prove that ADD is anything less than kids acting out because of a lack of corporal punishment. Further, psychiatry has never cured nor helped anyone. There is no imperical evidence of psychiatry doing anything except lining the pockets of quacks. You lose.

  • @glennwih It has helped a LOT of people, including members of my own family. I know first hand you are ignorant.

  • @glennwih

glennwith, It sounds, to me, like you are saying that much of what is being called ADD is a result of poor diet choices. I would agree with you if you said that the modern diet is by in large responsible for much of our modern day illness. There is growing evidence to support this theory. We are fortunate to have video and constructive discussions like this. It helps people learn and make informed choices regarding problems they face in life.

  • @kiaweking I agree. I just want the truth to be spread and for people to get better without drugs.

  • @glennwih I like what Nathan here is trying to do. Many people struggle with health problems and don't yet get the relationship between diet and health. There are many helpful videos here on YT sharing valuable insights. Dr. Jana Boggs on nutritional gardening is one, "Dr. Terry Wahls - Minding Your Mitochondria" is another. The Internet is an amazing tool for information sharing. People just need the right encouragement to take personal responsibility.

    Aloha from Hawaii,

    Thomas

  • Nice. Thanks.

  • Hi Bud, thanks for the very informative video and your points are very helpful. However, have you guys heard about the disorder called Pyroluria where zinc and B6 are removed from the body in large quantities through urine, and B6 and Zinc are responsibl
