For those who don't know what it's all about, Way back in the 17th century apparently this King William guy won a big contract to import fruit into Ireland. To celebrate, he sent out his army to gather all the pallets and tyres in Ireland and built and burnt the biggest bonfire ever seen. His followers repeat this every year, it's their culture y'know. Can't do it in the Republic, we're subject to european environmental regulations. My neighbour was fined for burning some rubbish in his yard
