I was really stressed out tonight, trying to come up with a worship set for leading chapel at my school. I couldn't think of any songs at all, but this one came to mind. I only remembered the chorus and not who it was by. When I looked it up and listened to it again, memories of NYC 2011 flooded back and I realized this was what God wants me to sing for chapel. Thank you, God, for everything you've done. I am absolutely in love with You. :)

If only all guys were this in love with Jesus. When i hear this, i say it takes great strength for a man to be singing this...not to care what others think..cuz they really are in love with Jesus. Being in love with Jesus is something that you just are..you cant fake it..or force it. your actions and your words show who has your heart...and i want my actions and words to say "I am absolutely, completely, utterly in-love with Jesus. and I would do anything for Him, just as He would for me."

This year, im thankful for new friends and deeper relationships with my old friends. He has also brought me back on track with Him after a time when i felt that i was getting farther away from Him. i still am struggling with my faith but getting better.

i first saw starfield at the Dare2Share conference in St. Louis, Missouri. I fell in love with their songs. My two favorites are. Absolutely and Top of our Lungs. Another great one is I will Go.
