You don't need any special license or permit for a car like this because it is not imported. It was made in the US so the emissions and saftey regulations are all automatically met. These jeeps also have regular VIN #s because, again, they are made in america. So registering the vehicle will be the same as any typical car.
Are you sure it is a factroy made RHD? It looks like a conversion because the letters at the bottom of the shift knob are still on the left and you'd think the driver would need to see the letters form the right.
They don't always bother. In the same way, if you buy a car in the UK that has the handbrake lever offset, it's still offset towards the left. They just don't make a moulding for RHD vehicles.

It's from the USA. This vehicle is produced for U.S. Postal Carriers, but anyone may purchase them. I sell quite a few of these all over the country.
