RB you never deep fried a turkey or had trash can corn and lobster crawfish boil dang what you big city boys eat ... or you could just pure boiling water on the glue .. as for the servos water will not hurt them give them time to dry out ...ever seen brush on electral tape use that on the electrions boards to water proof or GE silicone... use a little spit or cooking oil to keep GE silicone from sticking to fingers as you work it around part STOP BUYING UP ALL NITROPLANES lol: )
@dude7422 : That would have to be one big pot to fit the tail of the plane in... LOL.. Interesting trick though. I've used boiling water to get crunched foam to expand back to near normal shape, but not to break the bond..hmmm. but again, the dilemma of the pot.... How would you get the the vertical in the boiling water? If I had a big enough pot, I'd be submerging servos and maybe the motor? Let me know how youre doing this...very interested to know, could come in very handy! thanks!
When I fisrt started building EDF's these videos were very helpfull, but after mastering glueing wings and elevons I picked up a airframe kit, why is there no videos on how to build the airframe kit witch in my opinion is something that you need a totorial for, EDF installation, types of glue and ways of holding the airframe, servos to use and servo placement, we don't realy need these videos about RTF builds, if you need help with RTF you should not have purchased this type of aircraft
sweet lookin bird. my buddy got a p38 last week and i liked it so much I ordered a p47. ive already got a brushless motor and 11.1v lipo so im sure it will haul ass. I cant wait for shipping!! lol. Thanks for the vid and I cant wait to put mine together!
does the all the rtf aircraft by exceed really fly like they say they do in the videos, as they come out of the box with stock equip. are do you have to spend other money on better motors and bigger batteries to get them to fly like the video claims?
They really do fly like the videos show. However, most of the videos you see of them flying are flown by experienced flyers. You dont want to jump into an EDF jet if you've never flown before.
The only thing you need extra is a charger for the battery. But picking up a good charger that can charge all types of batteries and various cell sizes is a great investment in this sport. This jet is ready to go except the charger. Check the flight video I made. From this build to Flight, perfect.
i just bought a plane why does one of the aileron shake weird

Ooooh come on now!
The video actually helps out alot!
I'm thinking of buying this exact plane.
I didn't know how much it would take to put one of these together.
Watching the video, I can tell that it's going to be an easy job.
I've actually bought other kits that I thought would be a piece of cake.
I opened the box, and found out that I needed quite a few materials to buy, in order to put it together.
So it does help!
If you didn't have to watch, then why comment?
Do your own.

This is a GREAT first EDF jet. No need for a Gyro on this bird. She will sail like a bird with power off. Very Stable!

You Can't.

Use a hair blow drier and heat it up, be sure to do it in small sections. It may be un-painted underneath the sticker.

hair dryer to heat up the sticker, then peel it off, be sure to use FOAM SAFE paint when repainting. hope this helped
