not bad at all, i like how on Quantos they took a risk with a different sound and it came out great. For this album it appears every riff and everything have been done in exactly the same way just with altered quality, unfortunately adds boredom to the recordings because i know what to expect. overall i give it a 5 out of 10

Like the tuning on this album. It's a very dark tuning on the guitar in my opinion. But I certainly agree that it has lost it's atmosphere and the vocals doesn't sound so strong anymore. But overall, it's ok. Not good, but not so bad either.

@PokermaskProductions Its because the low guitars contrast too much on high vocals. Standard tuned guitars compliment high vocals just as low tunings compliment deep gutterals. The two mixed just dont work very well.

What?! Doesn't even sound like the same song anymore! The original sounded like an amazing mess and you couldn't make out the riffs hardly at all, that's what made it epic. WTF is Gorgoroth thinking? I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's got nothing on the original.
