I don't think Blake is in love with Carl. Throughout the series you don't really see Blake with friends. I think he's just lonely. He can't be best friends with Carl, so he tries to best him instead. @bookworm362 Lol I know what you mean. Though even watching this series as a kid, I knew SOMETHING was up about Blake's weird fascination with Carl. I wouldn't have been able to know just what back then, but I always thought it was weird how much he obsessed over him. Rewatching the show now, the hints are SO obvious. XD And it's not like the writers are against homosexuals either, so it's highly possible they could've been intentionally suggesting them as a pairing.

@MWolfL Feelings for Noelle? He never really had the same connection with her that Carl did. Not against the idea exactly, but it seems a bit...far fetched? I know he and Carl have had quite a rivalry going on for awhile, but if you've noticed, in some episodes, he always acts a bit too eager to get a chance to get close with Carl when the opportunity shows up. And there's the fact, he's got a collection of pictures of the boy in his room. If that's not at least a crush, I don't know what it is.

Well, maybe it was a jealousy thing. You know, Carl had something Blake never had: a girlfriend. I didn't mean that they were strong feelings or anything like that, I just meant that Blake was fascinated with Noelle because of her telekinesis and such.

Truthfully, I don't see Blake having feelings for Carl. Mostly he just wants to be Carl's best friend, and otherwise they're sworn enemies. Even Jimmy and Cindy from Jimmy Neutron didn't use to hate each other *that* much.

@Blazenix1 Your Shakespeare take on it is quite percise. Blake's character was said to have taken many acting classes as a youth coming up. His dialect as well as his mannerisms tend to lean more of the way you described. You have a very discerning eye there. A sign of true intelligence.
