  • Me encanta este coche, es elegante, esbelto y aerodinámico. Ojalá los diseñadores actuales se inspirasen más en modelos clásicos. Salu2

  • Chick magnets pre installed

  • @818pip well, theres 5 seats in it, 3 in the front and 2 in the rear...

  • i d-clare it to be the most bomb ass car ever

  • How the hell do they expect you to see out of it?

  • i love these old types of car : they would so perfectly fit in a Batman adaptation

  • I`m not sure if I love it-or hate it, but it sure is unique, and well ahead of its time in styling.

  • Holy shit. I am so buying a replica of this car. Why? Because I gotta.

  • corsair!!!

  • thumbs up if you drove that car in la noire

  • Very cool... I have one of these.. As a Hot Wheels car of course.. ;)

  • this car sold for 7 million dollars

  • how did he find one there super rare cars!

  • @bradalfk same here :). but the duesenberg is cool as well ;).

  • probably one of the coolest cars in the world, and the morgan aero ss is awesome to.

  • thumbs up if your a motorhead and just played L.A Noire.

  • Drove this car in LA noire!

  • this car is awesome

  • American car design. Going downhill since 1970s.

  • La noire car

  • @Moki1123 not forget to mention Mafia (it is called "Manta Prototype" in this game from 2002)

  • seems like a lot of fun trying to park this...

  • Can;t believe it was built in 1938.... i just can;t believe it..

The design got now days built by Pontiac but look how late ...

  • According to Peter Henshaw in "The Ultimate Encyclopedia of American Cars", the Phantom Corsair was a 1937 prototype only. The designer, Rusty Heinz of the Ketchup family was killed in a crash before he could bring it to production.

  • How can it makes turns ??? look at the front tires o.O

  • and why are there only 3 videos about this car on youtube???

  • @DaMastaOfRoad dunno, maybe cause it doesn't get out much? or people are too stupid to take the opportunity to film it (if and when it does get out).

  • @alexander1485 shame ^^ It's fascinating how this is an awesome and most ingenious car and a complete fail ar the same time :)

  • @DaMastaOfRoad well, the guy/builder/owner kind of died....

  • @alexander1485 the builder tried to sell them but failed....

  • @alexander1485 I have one of these... just not drivable, and it's very small... and cheap... and its in a box... yes... a hotwheels car.

Still in the box though! :D

  • @DaMastaOfRoad cuz only one was ever made

  • how much is this car worth today... 10.000'000$?

  • Still futuristic to this day!

  • This car SHOULD be made of fail. I mean, front wheel drive V8 with the wheels covered and yet, it is spectacular! It is art on wheels.

  • @AoDIronMask "fail"? I bet youve never even tried a front drive and experienced how much faster you can corner with it on slippery surfaces. Besides it saves alot of space since there is no cardan tunnel.

  • this car was also remade in the 2002 videogame mafia as a prototype in the "extreme ride"

    mode in the game.

  • This car is pure evil! I want it!!

  • looks like the Batmobile xD

  • how does he turn the car?

  • @xnf90x2 with Arms of steel and with the steering wheel

  • @alexander1485 hahaha yeah front wheel drive front engined and make that v8 with no power steering? haha you'd have to be a man of herculean strength to drive it!

  • yeah...

  • ONE of the rarest cars in the wrld. ONLY 1 IS OUT THERE TODAY.

  • @Athoutz well, only 1 was ever made until the maker died...

  • This is a 6-passenger car! Today's minivans can hide!

  • Masn, That Car is awesome!!!!

  • one of the rarest cars in the world

  • If Darth Vader were a car this is it

  • almost looks like the batmobile

  • how many HP has it got?

  • 190hp Supercharged Lycoming V8. Same engine & Trans as the Cord 812.

  • wow a very good concept

  • 190

  • This car was featured in the 1938 film - The Young at Heart as the Flying Wombat. It featured a horn that piped The Ride of the Valkyries. A great comedy that shouldn't be missed!

  • Fantastic car. Had several hotwheels miniatures. I also modelled it for The very old Need For Speed III computer game.

  • That was you? Well that was an unbelievable mod. Did you take it out of Mafia or did you build it from scratch?

  • You took your video after I took mine! That was a nice car!

  • thanks, its WAY bigger in person than I thought... but I guess its to be expected. I saw it coming (a long with the other cars I got from that position) and sadly therew as no sun at that time but thats ok, I saw it coming and knew I had to get it and be smooth and professional (like I always try).

  • A manta prototype no kidding!

  • man do i love this car.

  • is a mafia game car, jeje
