We as Cowboys fans like Terrence Newman, but you don't make comments about trying to put a bounty on someone joking or not. We know that TNew is not happy with Kitna's comments. The NFL sent a letter to him saying were keeping an eye on you, and if you he does something illegal don't be surprised if he gets fined and suspended. If you want to take out Kitna do it legally and make your actions speak louder than your words.

One thing that Kitna's comments did was make the rest of the defense even more focused.  I was at the game last year when Kitna just embarrassed our defense, hopefully we will play smart and not do dumbass penalties like offsides, and 12 men on the field, and face mask, where we gave points to opponents like in the Packer game.

Last thing. I have noticed that the people who usually commit the offsides penalties on our defense is Chris Canty and Demarcus Ware. With Ware notice that when he goes offsides he tries to get a jump on a tackle, with Canty he does the same thing to on a guard but sometimes the hard count gets him. Don't be surprised if Ware gets a offside penalty during the game. We all like him and he's a good player but it annoys me and other fans when he makes that mistake.

Last game Ware wasn't offsides though....we can't curtail his aggressiveness because the refs missed it....that happens when you get a good jump sometimes, it looks offsides to the naked eye. I'm not worried about Newman, he's not a dirty player but he did get called out by a 2nd tier QB.....he has to take care of business.

i honestly think new england has a good chance LOSING their first game against the jags. they have an astonishing qb who hasn't threw any bad ints (he threw 1 but that was because the ball was tipped). they have a great running back tandem, and they have a young and vibrant defense (for the most part). the pats defense is old and shitty. jacksonville has a great shot at doing it and i'd love to see it happen.

I was at that game last year and the Lions took advantage of Bradie James by throwing it to the flats to their RB's and they would get 10 to 12 yards every time.
