@samjunneo if your computer is viewing the video at 240p be sure it's on 480p resolution... that should help. But yeah, the video is not that super to begin with. It was an older camera, and i was walking so the video was shaky. I also tried not to look too obvious that i was taking video while walking or some kung-fu hustle gang with their axes would try to rob me - or my shoes or something. LOL.
oh i missed jilin china.. i've been working in fly bar before.. i was a singer there.. oh i missed the people and the food there.. hope i can go back in china again...
I have only been in jilin city once before in 2006. if your dad was there 10yrs ago... that would be in 1999. sorry but I wouldn't be able to comment on the city from that year. :p where did your dad work before having to go to jilin city in 1999? it obviously must have been a good place. If it was USA, then obviously nowhere in the world is as good place as the U.S. with our air conditioning, unfiltered internet, real plumbing, and toilet paper in public bathrooms. ^_^

i think thats a really cheap building in jilin..cz my apartment in jilin is really nice, with buzzer and password to open the building door, and nice elevators.ppl will come to clean up the building every day.
It probably is a cheap building. Like many towns and cities around the world, you will see a range from so-cheap, cheap, not-so-cheap, middle-class, and luxurious like your residence with the nice elevators and service folk who clean the building everyday. Your observation, though fruitless, is just as well appreciated.

My hometown is Changchun, Jilin The scenery there is Beautiful especially if you go to the Suburban areas .
