It seems in USA judgement is delivered outside a court in front of public, and is done by measuring the loudness of voice instead of evidences and proper investigation. It's a shame to see how uncivilized a civilized nation can become.

@subh1 People come to their own conclusions from what they see and read all over the world, so please don't try to narrow it down to the US. As for judgement outside of court, Steve was a cop in Chicago for 15 years. While there are bad apples in every bunch cops learn to have an instinct for people, when they're truthful and when they're lying. Steve knows how to read people and evidence and on a TV show no need to obseve courtroom etiquette.

@lunaseraph1 CPS will not just take a child from their home. When they receive a call, they INVESTIGATE and get PROOF. They take the call seriously and go into the child's home to make sure everything is okay. And they don't call before hand so that slime balls can't cover up their tracks before they get there...... My sister has had CPS problems w/ her bitter ex-bf and that IS what happened. Btw, my sister wasn't doing anything wrong to those kids. They remain w/ their loving mother.

@official2girls1mic This was shown over here in the UK a bit ago. Now if my mind serves me correctly, the results showed that they were asked if they ever locked their children in a cage. They said "No" and results showed they told the truth. However, they were asked other questions including if they abused/starved their children (amongst other accusation). They said "No" and the results said they were lying. I remember them telling the truth on the cage question because that result shocked me.
