kay listen im not sure but the problem might be with you current browser try using a different browser such as firefox might help this problem xD

Just so you know now if you sign into your nick account they updated it so now you can make a username and password

i found out how to fix it so here:sign up to nick first and then type your user name and password at the log in page hope i help you!
