I usually use Native Instruments Battery 3 for making drum loops.

And samples are "Vengeance Trance Sensation Vol. 2" & "Vengeance Essential Clubsounds Vol. 3".

Sensation has tight good kicks(I compress it with Battery 3) and Clubsounds has so many good loops.
