I have 3 jets that wont turn off? Any ideas on how to fix this? It will go stronger when i turn the button for the pump on but wont turn off when i hit the button again?
Well, hard to diagnose without seeing it...but it could be that the relay for the jet pump is stuck in the ON position and needs replacing. It could also be that the tub is set to run at low speed when it gets colder outside, which could also explain it. If you go to our site and look at the info/tips section, there is a lot of troubleshooting articles there that may help you more. Failing that, I would call a local spa guy to look at it for you. Thanks for watching. Dan
Joe is the guy in the video and he is one of the top pump repair guys in the business. We have known him for at least 15 years. Robert is learning very well and is being trained by the best. We hope you all enjoy watching their pump repair video series and Pool and Spa TV thanks them so much for their willingness to share their knowledge with all you you-tubers. Thanks for watching ! Dan
No, Robert was learning pump repair during these video shoots, and has since learned to repair pumps very well. But he did appreciate the comment :o) Thanks for watching . Dan

Hola ~~~
Robert is the guy in training. He now has been doing pump repair for around 2 years and can fix most pool pumps unsupervised.
Compare that to an 18 year old from two years ago that didn't have any mechanical skills at all.......SUCCESS !
Another pump mechanic is born! Who Ra!
"Ye Shall Send Him Ye Greasy Pumps To Repair "
Thanks for watching you'all ;-)
