We are stationed here at Bragg & if you ever wanna get together & go to the gym or go for a walk let me know. I try to go to Pope gym 5 days a week & I use the treadmill. I also go to Raven Rock State park with the dogs & hike on the nice days. It's out near Lillington.
yes! Do it on your own. It will be best to work it off and eat well, because if you get the surgery you're just fixing the outside and not the inside. I lost 40lbs while I was living in TX and the ONLY thing I did was walk/run 2 miles/day for 5 days and ate smaller portions with one or two healthy snacks/day. I changed to whole wheat bread and pasta, & made homemade pizza when I craved it. You can do it!!!! Just don't get surgery, it won't make you healthy.

Good for you!!! My goal this year is to lose weight too. I can no longer say it's baby weight my youngest is 4! LOL! I'm with you 100% we can do it!
