I played this at state last year as a freshman...I got a 2 ..i would of got a 1 when i was warming up i did it perfect...but now i am the only one out for band...it really sucks :(
I did this piece when I was in eigth grade for solo and ensemble, and got a 1(best), you did a very nice job on this too, especially on the softer parts and the 6/8^w^
i have a recital comming up and i chose that piece....im not playing that fast....but it sounds okay...you did an excelent job...but you might want to slow down a little...other than that great.
i just played this song for my solo for regions i hope i make it u played this very well bt u should go a lil slower nd ur technique is a lil sloppy bt other thn tht ur good
turns out i had to do it last saturaday...i got a silver(15.5, with 9 being perfect) because of my accompanyist. she was 10 minutes late, and that got me in trouble with my judge. then i messed up the moving part of canzonetta, which you did awesome on. i got two extra points for articulation there....but it doesnt really matter to me, because i et to quit this year, after three years of torture...
i have to play this for judges tomorrow :\ im scared im a 7th grader

you did pretty good! i'm doing this for a solo contest coming up soon. like someone else commented, when you develop vebrato you'll be even better.

ya, I'm doing that for my solo in about two months...i don't know if I'll do it *that* good...I'm sure I'll mess up the b flats and f naturals....
