wow! this is ironic ! in my country, everyone dies to talk to foreigners.....but nice campaing, so when i go to Korea they at least would say -Hello-"Annyonghaseyo" !
Many Koreans are nervous to speak to strangers (of any race), because they want to be able to respond in perfect English/Chinese/Japanese (which is a very lofty goal!).
When I lived in Seoul, I found that even when I tried to ask for help in Korean, they would still respond (in Korean), "I don't know English." Of course, sometimes I'd get an answer in perfect English, so you just never know!
I've been studying Korean, and I'll translate what's being said at the end. "Fellow Koreans: The Winter Olympics will be here in 2018 . . . DON'T F--- THIS UP FOR US!"
It's basically telling Koreans not to be afraid to talk to foreigners, and that you should say Hello if you meet one, rather than going out of your way to avoid confrontation.
En este sentido otros países estamos mucho más adelantados (algo bueno debiamos tener e____e)

Wished I understood what they said. Might have been funnier.

@huyked It's just a succession of people saying "Hello" or "Excuse me" in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
