So my video was caught using EMI copywrite music. I put in a new song royalty free and placed it into my video. The video also has it's own sound that needs to be in the video. I exported an MP3 audio file with the exact same timing so that the background sound lines up with the video. But wait - I CANT REPLACE THE AUDIO TO MY VIDEO. Why???? I don't want audio swap, I will loose my background sound and I want my royalty free song. This stinks!

I need help. I've been using YTVE for about 4 months w/ no issue. All of the sudden, however, a video I'm trying to edit has failed to process once at 10 hours and again at 6 hours -- the quality & length of the video normally takes about an hour from clicking "publish" to being viewable.

The devil is in the details-made a video 1 minute too long so YT removed it because it was too long so how can I get it into the editor to make it shorter? Seriously?

@Catalina031 Yes, it does seem a bit silly. There is an editor, yes, but also a system that rejects videos that are too long, and sadly it doesn't have a setting for "I will edit it down once it's uploaded, honest!" Really, the YT Editor is designed for complete beginners with Flip cams to be able to remove the embarrassing "Is this thing working?" moments, not for serious editing.

I took a look at this and, it's very good but, I'd prefer it if you could upload your videos direct into the editor because, to upload to your channel first your subscribers get to see the crap before you have had chance to change the video. I wouldn't use it until this is put in place but, thank you for it's creation. I look forward to seeing it grow.
