I don't know man; Bumblefoot and Guthrie have known each other for quite a few years. I think that Ron once mentioned that they used to send each other music and tabs... there's this video with Guthrie and Ron jamming on Yakety Sax, and Guthrie taking one solo, but when Ron takes lead, he smokes him, using a fretless, and proceeds to TAP the main lead in the song with his pinky! I love Govan, though, don't get me wrong-- but they seem pretty even to me :)

Slash has a bit of feel, but is the biggest offender of guitar plagiarism on the planet, and a very sloppy player as well. Page was sloppy, and creative.
