I don't want to seem overly critical, but I think a better move, would have been to use those box annotations (I don't know what they're called, as I'm not in the habit of producing videos here,) over the URLs already present in the video (ie, a box around the box in the video that says "get the whole story, et al." and another around the freerangestudios URL)

Seems like it would be more "user friendly" that way.

i own iPod, and regret that I am a part of this mess.

ironically, all the "luxury" products come with 'use-n-throw' way of life.

eg: ipod got (non-standard) non-usb port @ player, so that I buy a NEW ipod computer/charging cable everytime..! so goes with the in-built battery..

Also, SonyEricsson discontinued its all time value4money mobile phones W700 & W800, coz if u buy one, you do not need anything else 4 years!!

Unfortunately, most consumer electronics are made to break. Or "planned obsolescence". Poor (cheap) design or construction and materials. When I make a purchase, I try to buy quality products that can be either upgraded or repaired. I can repair somethings myself. Many of my electronic gadgets are at least 8 years old. Most are 15 plus years old. Even my cell phone is 7 years old.

Some regulations on materials do more harm than good.
