Es sind 2 Szenen in einer, das Feuer wurde dahinter eingefügt, kommt aber auch aus der selben Episode. Wenn Du die darauffolgende Szene mit Castiel meinst, die ist von Episode 5x10 Abandon All Hope. :)

I can't find the words to describe how I feel when I'm watching this. The whole promo combines everything I love about Supernatural and it reminds me why this series is so epic. I have to watch this over and over again.... Every time when I try to tell people how awesome Spn is, words seem to be so shallow but this trailer has it all and it's clearly what the series is about. If I could do it, I'd hug you.
