@edwardherbert for best results it should be used daily wash rinse and repeat. If you are taking more than one shower daily you may only want to do that one time per day. I hope that helps

@JOKAWILD26 The product does work. We are trying to get it sold in more stores. Right now it is a salon based product. We may test some retail sales outlets as well. It is a very big commitment to get into Walmart and Target they also want to buy the product at a price that we are not willing to sell it to them for. Question .. I still see up to 30 plus hair in my hands when i shampoo... its been 3 weeks using that shampoo.. Is that under control? Also i just got the extract today .. @Swiftz99 I am not sure about the hair loss. It depends what you were experiencing before and what is normal for you. If the hair loss has reduced then that is a good thing. Some people will get an itchy or crawling feeling and then report hair growth soon there after.

@jc790 If you order the product from us we have a database of all the orders and when they were placed. It is not a problem for us to provide a refund. You will know if the shampoo is going to work within a week or 10 days. If the shampoo works it can take up to 6 months for you to see results with the extract. So there really isnt any reason that anyone would need to use it longer than 6 months before requesting a refund.
