Some are thinking it's John's, others than it's her "boyfriend's" in the mini-series : the one she killed, or just one of the many men she knew.. Rebecca Riggs said at a convention it was John's, Ben Browder said he thought that as well and that it would totally be a possible Farscape storyline but we have no confirmations yet =)

Oh god, I remember the first time I've seen the episode in my native language: it was 2 years after the show was cancelled so at the end of this episode, right after the shocking ending and the "to be continued" the tv channel add a note telling it was the last episode of the show and that they were done broadcasting Farscape... I had no idea about the mini-series so I was like: WHAAAATTT??!!! NOOOOO!!!!!!

OMG! What a cliffhanger! So emotional and no music. It's like the ending of the Classic Doctor Who serial "Earthshock".
Now I understand why the fans rose up and demanded a proper ending. I would have been pissed! I HATE it when they cancel great TV shows!
