NOT True. I've installed over 120 units and never had a failure yet. I offer a 5 year warranty on my labor because I am so confident they work perfectly.

Better this should be titled "How Southwest Windpower WISHED The Skystream Works". Fact is, the warranty returns and failures on this thing are quite high.
