2nd - Deliverance was filmed and about Georgia, but I doubt you would use this music for a trip between the hedges.
3rd - You say that people are "different" in Morgantown, but all you show are a bunch of college students drinking and cursing. Of course, this doesn't happen anywhere else in country (sarcasm intended in case you missed it).
