blazinboi14 well nowadays cultures are intertwined,most brides just wear what ever they like not necessarily their traditional attire. i have been to ibo weddings where the bride wore iro and buba, a friend of mine from benue wore something simlar, think alot of people like the benin beads

the red beads are not peculiar to edo people, it is an intrinsic part of Igbo tradition as well. I am from rivers state and have an Igbo mother, whose grandmother left red beads of different sizes and have been passed on to me
