@narutofanz4 Why though? I am not a gamer, I like a computer that can make me money and do a job well, I have several pc's I play two games on, and a ps3. And of you are one who will just say "macs can't game and stuff like pcs do" (I'm not saying you are) but that's just plain wrong, I have both and for an out of the box computer apple is far superior, it is amazing at what it does, and if you want to game it is windows friendly (runs both at once) and if you don't want that, add ons are out.
hey i bought mine today...and all i have been experiencing with this 1 TB HDD is NOISE NOISE AND MORE NOISE....like rumbling of a stomach...gave you because its really irritating me
@Davide8014 yup, I have that too, listening to it as we speak, I'm assuming we only notice it because its internals are so high powered and we don't have a loud fan to mask the noise like in a traditional tower PC.
@HunterBHolmes oo ok because ive heard this complaint with the 1 TB HDD and the 2 TB are know to be quieter...you would think spending 2500 dor computer those type of things wont happen...
@boazagmon so what? You got a defective screen? Oh well... every company has its problems. They're assembled in China, that doesn't mean Apple is a bad company, they make great products, I have two PC's and a Mac, the Mac is by far the better machine. And I got the extended warranty anyways, any problems they have should be known before the three years are up, and chances are, I'll have a new one by then.. even if I don't, the place in London will replace it free of charge if it breaks.
For me, as a musician, a three year old machine is still valuable. of course if i was much richer i wouldn't care. i bought it because i thought it was the best. i put in it more money than i have. It broke after the warranty was over, and i realized that it came from a line of defected screens! that share the same beginning of serial number (4000 of them). Apple wouldn't do anything to acknowledge the problem. and most of us were left empty handed... That is no way to treat a loyal costumer!
did you get any yellow tint and screen flickering in this version mine is coming in this week and I am freaking out, just watching the tracking on it it has been flying all over the different parts of Europe.
nope, the screen looks perfect, best image ive seen by far. Although i am somewhat concerned about the amount of heat around the top of the computer... is this normal? Besides that its a pretty great machine
you should install iStat and see the temps, and probably that heat is cause because of the power supply which is located around that area, its located on the upper left corner of the screen.

The reason why it gets so hot on yours is because you have a super powerful processor I believe.
