@LeeMacify - the last scene in Act 3 is "Prendi; questa e l'immagine" It is a moving scene where Violetta, resigned to her death, tells her Alfredo to take this image as a gift and tell his future lover it is from someone who will be praying for them both in heaven. She then revives temporarily and dies in Alfredo's arms. @Piaceda is correct, the Opera is "La Traviata" by Giuseppe Verdi.
