I really like the makeup, but I'm not so sure about the hearts and stars. If you wanted to try something like that, maybe do some red diamonds on your cheecks or somethin. I don't know if it would look too busy or not, but ya might wanna try it :\

Okay, so why on most fan sites do they say it's Arleen? Maybe it has something to do with the voice actor who played Harley, who's name is Arleen.

it was never Arleen, they have said her name was Harleen time and time again throughout the animated series as well as the harley quinn comics.
