On your profile you claim to study history. I wonder if you get your information from your History/Discovery channel or so call free & independent press and media.

China (as poor as it was) helped many poor nations (i mean build railways, hospitals & real stuff) voluntarily & free of charge. Take the railway in East Africa, even after the British conducted many surveys & concluded such railway cannot be build. The Chinese did it in the 60s.

It's the only railway in that region & still use it today as main transportation. They never invade or raise war aboard. They rarely (if any) conduct covet operations on other countries. In the past China had already shown it's "benevolence" towards other nations. What about your so call democratic nation? Don't even make me to dig up your dirt cause it may take years to post them.
