Did anyone catch the episode where Cobra was defeated...and they all went into hiding? Cobra commander was dressed like an old lady....Destro was a contruction worker and so on?

@rattatat7978 Uhhh, there were no Snake Eyes/Storm Shawdow battles in the cartoons, or have you forgotten? Sunbow didn't know how to work around Snake Eyes' muteness back in the 80's, so most of Snake Eyes' storyline from the comics was ignored. His romance with Scarlett was non-existent in the cartoon, as well as his rivalry with Storm Shadow. Storm Shadow instead fought against Quick Kick and Spirit in the cartoons, but he never faced Snake Eyes.

Dunno if it was because they were selling to kids, but these guys made William Jennings Bryan look like Andrew Jackson. There are countless episodes where they had the opportunity to take out or arrest Cobra Commander, and instead used it as an opportunity for a gag... not to mention the use of harmless cartoon "lasers" instead of guns. A kid who grew up on this alone would be _horrified_ by actual warfare.
