What's being said:

The witches: We are here, our Lord.

Dracula: Is everything ready for the ball?

The witch: Yes, my Lord, everything goes according to the plan. Our new victims will come to the palace in due time.

Dracula: And the witches?

The witches: The witch sorcery has already begun.

Meanwhile stooges of dark forces decoyed new victims to the Dracula's halls blunting their vigilance. By the wish of dark and mighty Lord, Dracula the Vampire, the castle of evil forces turned into a hospitable abode, darkness turned into light for travelers who had wandered here. There where sabbath took place, where devilish weapon made by Hector and Isaac was being cooled in human blood, this place turned in one moment into a palace shining with festive merriment.

...And people fell for this mirage and joined to the ball dancing among charming but blood-thirsty witches and devilish handsome smiths.
