@veganphd Luckily i already understood this before I watched the video because it doesnt explain the process properly. Based on your explanation you made it seem just coincidence. when in actually the bit is discarded because its greater than the bits being used. in your case you are using 5 bits so the 6 one is discarded.
Can toy subtract a number that's larger then the base number. It seems like everyone forgets to teach that example.
