I have also found another workout! I got a 6 pack in 4 minutes! Step one: Find a roof you can reach with both hands. Step two: Place both hand evenly spread across the roof. Step three: Chin up untill your chin is above the roof and raise BOTH of your legs untill your toes touch the roof. Repeat this over and over and you'll get a 6-8 pack in no time!
I did all (not faster than the guy on video damm that was difficult to follow him since the cross cruch) Is this supposed to do every day right, because it isn't soo dificult. My master's abds is way more painful than this, and it's way slower too. Now i wondering wich is more efective.
Actualy, The secret is, to yes do situps but the abs will form under the layer of fat on your skin. Flex, and if you feel the indivdual abs forming i would suggest to do cardio workouts to trim the layer fat, thus being able to see your abs. I learned that from skoob, and that got me my 6 pack!

All right, it being 10 months sinse I've last watched this video, I can actually critique it now. It kind of works if you do it once a day (which I did for 1 month w/out changing diet) as I lost roughly 10 pounds and got a bit flatter. Works better if done twice/day or more with one-day rest every 2 days. For best results, factor out chips and junk food in general, add in some daily 20 or so minute cardio. Rocking the 6-pack now.
Many laugh at the video, I even laughed, but I did these exercises, and the first attempt to tell the difference and effort, do it 15 days and notice the change, plus the video for free and complain, continue bellies: D

@lamulatachula breakfast- eggs are the best choice- good source of protein, no carbs. mix a serving of egg whites with one egg is you're worried about the fat from the yolk. Or you can mix flaxseed with greek yogurt for a nice high protein/high fiber combo that will fill you up. stay away from fruit juice, and drink tea or dark coffee (aka no starbucks). if you want fruit juice, make sure its ONLY 8 oz of orange juice- fruit juice has a decent amount of sugar which you want to stay away from

@Rockunstank i would say you should do enough sets that will make your ab routine last about 5 mins. Do that two times a day which will give you a total of 10 mins of ab exercises a day. @planetofzeus i would put my hands under my butt and then keep your back flat on the ground ... that will help your lower back stay on the ground and hopefully get rid of the pain you are feeling. ps. i heard that you cant train the same muscles every day, cuz they grow while they r regenerating. for example, while training your abdominal muscles, (abs) you should make 2 days break between trainings, 3 days if its more intense and 4 days if its extremely intensive. is it right? or can i just do this exercises everyday?
@tomek92pl every day is best but just make sure you're not doing more than your body can handle, if you are feeling too sore the next day it may be ok to take a day off, just make sure not to do that too often because you wouldnt be getting the same results with large amounts of resting time.
@tomek92pl you are 100% correct. Don't train your muscles if they are sore because that means they are still repairing. As soon as it feels better you can work them out again. @jakester90999 does work if u dop this 3 times a day morning noon and night for like a month you will lose loads of weight if your fat if your skinny youle get a six pak or 4 i got a 4 pack
he said he lost 100lbs in 3 months that means he'd loose over 1lb a day which means he'd have to loose 4,000 calories EVERYDAY, and u eat over 1,000 so u'd need to loos over 5,000 probably 5,500 a day. it's either an AMAZINGGG work-out or he like barely eats anything all day long!
@BeatlesMadeTheWorld When you do ab exercises your ab muscles become more defined but more than likely they still won’t show. The way to get your abs to show is to burn more calories than you take in (5 small healthy meals a day and exercising 30 mins or more 5 times a week). I listen to fast dubstep or some kind of music to keep my stamina up dunno why it works it just does! :D and btw for kids under the age of 16 do not try to do this! @SoraRoxasVentus1 Depends on how much body fat you have, a man should have around 10% body fat to see a six pack id say if you are not fat but not skinny it would take around 1 month doing this evry day to get a sixpack... but you must watch your food also, try to eat as less calories as possible and drink a lot of water before and after this exercise.

hey thanks man nice workout im doing this every night now! But i got a question school starts august 16th and its July 24th now if i do this every night drink lots of water and consume 1500 calories a day how much weight can i lose in between here and august 16th???? Btw im 14, 155 pounds and am 5'8 in height, thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!

@Rockunstank i would say you should do enough sets that will make your ab routine last about 5 mins. Do that two times a day which will give you a total of 10 mins of ab exercises a day. Do that about 4 times a week and then when that gets to ez pump it up to 6 days a week and also change up your routine. If you have any other questions just reply to this comment or message me. @planetofzeus i would put my hands under my butt and then keep your back flat on the ground ... that will help your lower back stay on the ground and hopefully get rid of the pain you are feeling. ps. i heard that you cant train the same muscles every day, cuz they grow while they r regenerating. for example, while training your abdominal muscles, (abs) you should make 2 days break between trainings, 3 days if its more intense and 4 days if its extremely intensive. is it right? or can i just do this exercises everyday?

@tomek92pl every day is best but just make sure you're not doing more than your body can handle, if you are feeling too sore the next day it may be ok to take a day off, just make sure not to do that too often because you wouldnt be getting the same results with large amounts of resting time.

@tomek92pl you are 100% correct. Don't train your muscles if they are sore because that means they are still repairing. As soon as it feels better you can work them out again. If you keep doing that you can eventually work abs everyday for about 5 to 10 mins. If you have any other questions just reply to this comment or message me. he said he lost 100lbs in 3 months that means he'd loose over 1lb a day which means he'd have to loose 4,000 calories EVERYDAY, and u eat over 1,000 so u'd need to loos over 5,000 probably 5,500 a day. it's either an AMAZINGGG work-out or he like barely eats anything all day long!

@BeatlesMadeTheWorld When you do ab exercises your ab muscles become more defined but more than likely they still won’t show. The way to get your abs to show is to burn more calories than you take in (5 small healthy meals a day and exercising 30 mins or more 5 times a week). I listen to fast dubstep or some kind of music to keep my stamina up dunno why it works it just does! :D and btw for kids under the age of 16 do not try to do this! Your bodies aren't fit for it and you could stunt your growth P.S.S yes it does work! Scientifically proven! Combined with a healthy diet of course

@SoraRoxasVentus1 Depends on how much body fat you have, a man should have around 10% body fat to see a six pack id say if you are not fat but not skinny it would take around 1 month doing this evry day to get a sixpack... but you must watch your food also, try to eat as less calories as possible and drink a lot of water before and after this exercise.
