I can't remember where I read/heard it, but yeah, apparently Joss Whedon said that there would be a second installment to Dr. Horrible, which would be about Moist. There's a whole backstory to him that he wants to show case.

And there's also another rumor that Joss Whedon has been asked to extend Dr. Horrible, so that it can become a show on Broadway. Which I think would be *way* cool.
