I'm just trying to make you realize that there is MUCH more to wrestling than being extreme and going through tables. A backflip on a trampoline? I'm not sure on tips, it's really easy actually. But if you're talking about on the ground, just look up backflip tutorials here on YouTube. They might actually help you with a trampoline backflip too.
