Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't a cell phone 3G frequency work at 700MHz where as Bluetooth works between 2.4-2.4835 GHz? Doesn't that make Bluetooth more dangerous right at your head?

Some Bluetooth devices sit in Class 1. That's the same as mobile phones!
