However, any other unjustifiable killings by Japanese troops are regarded as punishable war crimes during the battles against the Chinese Army, and these should be processed under the international humanitarian law. China doesn't have any conclusive evidence about the Nanking Massacre. However, they have appealed the massacre was true story. Even the Chinese historians, they could not prove the stupid false story to Americans.
In fact, the Nanking population increased to 277,000 from 200,000. Also all of the Nanking Massacre pictures were fabricated by Chinese government. Moreover, well-known witnesses about it admitted their stories were hearsay.

In Nanjing Massacre the Japs threw the Chinese babies up & poked through them with their bayonets as they descent.
