It is a paw print... everyone on the cast had one that night in honor of Sabrina Bryan who had been shockingly eliminated the week before (everyone thought she was shoe-in for the finals).

Sabrina was a Cheetah Girl, which is why they all have paw prints...

It is runaway by the corrs but the background songs is always sung by the singers they hired it is only sung by the people who recorded it if it is a special preformance
