The Android phones are better than the iphone in every aspect, and im not hating on the iphones, ill admit iphones are nice. but one thing android has that apple doesnt, is support for flash. not only that but with a newer android phone you dont have to buy a new phone to get the latest updates, since all android phones will have android 2.1 [nexus one's OS version] as an update coming sometime in febuarary or march, apple is too greedy to ever do that, lets face it. androids open source rox.

Not really, Android has been killing the apple interface since they released the G1 two years ago and lets face it, my unlocked and rooted htc g1 kills every iphone out there with 3gb's of ram thanks to my sd card.

Its not possible to get 3 gigs of ram into ANY cell phone smart one. They couldnt handle it. Hell alot of laptops can handle 2 gigs max. Do your research dumb shit this phone is so far the fastest and has the most ram maxing out at 512.. Thats half a gig if you dont know.

You obviously do not know what apps to sd is im taking it. It "sees" more or less and will use the sd card as ram so after partitioning my 8 gig sd card for music and pictures. my phone now saves the applications to the sd car and runs them off of their not utilizing the phone "memory" and using the sd card to operate. So while my phone is booted it see 3 gigs of on board memory over the 256mbs of flash onboard memory.

I did not actually pull the phone apart and "add ram" my phone uses the sd card as memory instead of the internal memory hence the word "ram" apps are run off of the sd flash memory not the phone memory if you use a class 4 or higher sd card your phone will be able to do so.

Apps go on my sd car, phone runs apps off of sd card instead of internal memory, phone also runs android off of sd card!

What you're talking about is ROM, I have apps2sd as well and it does increase the storage space like you said, which is called ROM not RAM. But when you said RAM that's what NastyThug was complaining about. The G1 has 195mb's of RAM and that can't be increased, except for the 10mb RAM hack that are in some ROM's like Super D.

What did the iphone have to offer when it came out? There had been DOZENS of windows mobile phones with touch screens years before iphone was even a concept.

The hardware specs are amazing on this device. A 1ghz snapdragon, 512 megs of ram. The possibilities for apps are way better in relation to graphics. The camera is better\ thaniphone so for android there are barcode apps and augmented reality apps. Sure, there are ONLY 20k apps on android but they are quality and not quantity.

Actually, not to sound like a fanboy or anything, but microsoft worked with multitouch on their Microsoft Surface a few years before the iPhone was released.

First of all, nexus isn't selling for nothing right now. Second of all, nexus will have parameters at least TWICE as good as iPhone. Not to mention open operating system and lots of free stuff you get on droid and you would have to pay for on iPhone (and 10$ here and there makes a diffrence in the long run).

And since your so interested with prices, you might want to hear that if you dont want to pay 530$, you can get the nexus @ 180$ but will tie you into a 2 year contract with T-Mobile and your total cost of you nexus plan after your contract is up will be $2,100. So who has the better deal?
