  • If you do a 'power start' without pedalling you can wear out your clutch and have to replace the Asbestos buttons inside. not a difficult project but handling asbestos is a bit scary and the buttons can be hard to find.

  • @feckineejit Asbestos is only carcinogenic if you are a smoker. Additionally solid asbestos is not a problem as it must be inhaled to cause any problems.

  • In the west, the volume of a cylinder is calculated by using the formula Volume = Pi x Radius Squared x Stroke. In the east the displacement of an engine includes the area of the cylinder head's combustion chamber as well as the volume of the cylinder. That's why there's a discrepancy between measuring standards by the manufactures in China with those in the United States. As such, all "80cc" engine kits on the market today are actually 66cc in displacement size if measuring by US standards.

  • 2 storke or 4 storke

  • it's actually about 63cc's not 80 I don't know why they say it's 80, they lie lol

  • its actually more like 68.5cc's

  • some are full 80. not many!

  • where is your kit from? and how long and hard was it to put on? any drilling or welding involved?

  • Ebay man...Its real easy to do your self about 3-4 hours, but every bike is different

  • sounds a bit shy of back pressure
