Oh, come on. These people are full of crap. Smokers are not stupid and know full well, from their own experiences, Dr Felker is exaggerating health risks and Gov Locke is exaggerating cost, education, and income. Most smokers (vast majority) are healthy (as healthy as most), costing states little or nothing extra. And differences in education and income are minimal. Exaggerations and lies weaken creditability, so why should any smoker believe such rhetoric?
