  • Creaky voice syndrome, my ears hurt :(

  • how do they expect people to live in this economy. like forreal.

  • this chick fucken freaks me out the way she talks, its also kinda fucken annoying and i want to cock slap her.

  • They are all screwing us over. The less baggage they have to carry , the more mail etc. they can carry which they get paid for .They are getting paid from both ends . Just another flogging given to us all by major corporations .Its cheaper to mail it , not as quick but cheaper !That is within the USA .

  • UPDATE: Delta now charges $35 just to check the FIRST BAG! FML!!!

  • MY GOD! Look at this pathetic, dehumanized robot giving you the corporate pitch as to why you will be getting fucked harder by the robber-barrons!

    IT IS FUCKING DISGUSTING ALREADY!

Can't anyone tell that her words are HIGHLY SCRIPTED? Can't anyone tell she has been heavily coached on her body language, and she is speaking to the viewer like "mommy" would speak to a 4-year old?

Can't anybody see that politicians and corporate spokespeople are ALL USING THE SAME "NLP"/SPEED-HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUES?

  • united airlines fucking ruend my whole vecation

i needed my bage you dick holes

  • hi there, can i take a 49 key keyboard on flight?

  • Regarding carry on luggage charges should be thing of the past'''why not take a jaktogo '' it's so easy and can Save you a lot of money''check it out '' facebook jak togo

  • Why not just add baggage fees to the price of the ticket ???

Stop this deception, I hate when people lie to me about their prices....

  • @SirWinstonChurchill The reason is that maybe you just want to bring 1 or no bags and so you would be over paying if you had to buy a ticket with +2 bags on it. Of course the airlines came up with the bag extra fees since they are a cartel, they can have a meeting and make sure they will all charge extra to get more profit, kind of like a monopoly.

  • @Ramiromasters

I think people should be charged extra for carry on luggage.

Those people are always in my way.

I want off the airplane as quickly as possible.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill Its always the other people isn't it? we obviously never get in other people's way... and some CEO did heard you because they do charge for carry on luggage now.

This world would be much more simple if people where sincere and charge what is due once, not + booking fees, no + tax surprise, no tips, no taking some taxes now give some back later, no toll roads, this would would be fantastic! without all those paper mongering mosquitoes.

  • @Ramiromasters

It is safer to get off the aircraft as quickly as possible. I want off the aircraft immediately.

I'd rather wait in the terminal for my bag.

  • she didnt mentioned southwest as one of the 6 major airlines even tho they are the bigest domestic carrier only becuase she works for travelocity and southwest dont use there website. southwest lets you check 2 free bags

  • I live in Canada and i feel bad for you americans our airlines allow 2 free checked bags.

  • @yukony001 lol i live in canada too! :)

  • man this is fucking wack, does american still charge 15 for checking your luggage?

  • i love how they're both speaking as if the other is deaf lol

  • @chetzalicious LOOOL

  • I don't think this clip's interpretation of the 50 inches is correct. In January, I am flying into the US and then SFO-MIA on American Airlines. AA's site says the 50 inches is height plus width plus length, not circumference. Using AA's measurements, my bag just makes it. Using this clip's measurements, I would have to bring a much smaller bag.

  • AAA sells a Samsonite carry on with wheels and handle. It has side pockets. Just don't stuff it tight and it will fit in the overhead compartment. I am taking one for my one week trip, for not to check and wait for baggage.

  • 50 inches does anyone have an example of that because i'm bringing an adidas duffle bag and i have no clue what 50 inches is in perimeter for it

  • This is because of ever increasing gov't regulations. They are really trying to discourage people from flying, for a lot of totally ridiculous reasons. But the bums in our go'vt who live like parasites off of our tax dollars get to fly, all at taxpayer's expense.

  • ps...United BREAKS GUITARS!!!! and they SUCK!

  • Krispykreme, just leave Bigal alone. She's obviously very ignorant. I mean have you noticed that every post she made had an error in grammar and spelling?! Even people who are still upset about the new charges would be too ashamed to agree with bigal for fear of looking like, as you say, an "uneducated fool". lol!

  • So Im Traveling Next Week' N Im Planning to Bring Atleast 2 CarryOn Items:

One is a Medium-ish Duffle Bag and a BackPack. Can I Do That?

  • check your airline's rules

  • i just think they want to get more money so the ceo's and high people can profit and go home and tell there wife's or husban's how much money they made, so they an get frakey with each other

  • oh you uneducated fool

the airline business is one of the few industries that hardly anyone has a clue about yet people can talk trash about like they know it all

even with the bag fees my airline lost HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars last QUARTER

yur the same fools who cry when baggage handlers wrinkle your clothes because we put your bag down a little too hard on the belt...or because TSA didnt let you take your 2 dollar bottle of toothpaste on the plane

  • and how do you know this stuff i know they need money inall. but still when they make money they should have some time to lower the prices. if they dont they want to get rich.

  • i know this stuff because i work for the airlines. i work for american and we havent pulled a profit in years. like i said we lost a couple hundred million dollars last quarter. i dont know if you can wrap your mind around how much money that is. delta lost close to a billion last quarter as well. youve seen the news about major airlines such as aloha and ata going out of business.

airlines dont charge bag fees to get rich. they charge them to stay in business

  • that might be true but if business picks up they why are they still charging still think about that.

  • BECAUSE WE ARE STILL LOSING MONEY! what part of that sentence are you not getting. with bag fees, we still dont profit. without bag fees, we would be in even bigger debt! jet fuel is still roughly 5 bucks a gallon!

dont hand me any "think about that" lines. you obviously dont know how airlines work.

  • will ok i will but if the air lines dont lower the prices when business is going will then they might lose people that fly with them i can understand they need to make money in all.

  • honestly theres only one airline i know of that doesnt charge for bags anymore, and word has it that that wont last by the end of 2009.

so all in all, people can either fly and pay or take the bus. im guessing people will pay the extra 15 bucks to get to where they want an extra 4 days earlier

  • will lets agree to dis agree its all up to the people. it just my thoght. if people can afforded the grate if people cant then there is other ways to travel.

  • im sure if people afford a 500 dollar plane ticket they can afford to spend the 15 to pay for a bag. people just need to find the money, set it aside, and plan on using it for only the bag fees they have to pay

  • Great.

Now the baggage rules are crazy so people will not understand them ... one more way to gouge the passengers.

  • those rules are crazy!
