After hearing it so many times, like halfway through the video it starts to separate from the rest of the audio track and sounds edited in.

It really is a good scream though. It's very multipurpose and can be used for a large variety of situations depending on how you edit it and probably adds depth to the movie because it's subconsciously ingrained into movie-goers.
